Terms of Service

Constellatory is a collection of self hosted servies avaliable for public usage. This is a ruleset for what is not allowed on our infrastructure.

1. Usage

1.1. You cannot promote or advocate for the following on Constellatory's services:

• hate speech (we define hate speech as any speech that punches down on a person or a group of individuals. Examples include but are not limited to: racism, sexism, ableism, transmisia, queermisia).

• hateful and extremist ideologies.

• sexual exploitation.

1.2. What type of content is not allowed on Constellatory's services:

• Gore, snuff, "shock imagry," etc. (including A.G.I. generated imagery of such content).

• Pornographic imagry of children, CSAM (including A.G.I. generated imagery of such content).

• Spam.

1.3. What you cannot do with Constellatory's infrastructure:

Some rules listed here may be alleviated if given permission by Constellatory's system administrator.

• You are not allowed to test the security of or "pen-test" Constellatory's infrastructure.

• You are not allowed to attempt to exploit Constellatory's infrastructure.

2. Moderation

Constellatory's owner and moderation team reserve the right to deactivate or delete your account if we find your account in violation of our usage policy.
